Further, She is a seasoned Japanese Bilingual PMO having deep knowledge of Japanese culture, economy and business practices. Moreover, she has rich experience of India entry support-feasibility study, market research, Office set-up guidance, meeting set-up, Japanese General Affairs, Cross-cultural sensitization trainings to Indian and Japanese employees.

He is Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Law, IFRS Diploma- ACCA, UK, Exec MBA – IIM-A with knowledge of Tally, Oracle, Hyperian and SAP Rajesh has more than 20 years of experience as Finance Controller/ CFO with cross-section of industries which include Berger Paints, NEC Systems (Japan), Samsung SDS (South Korea), Nice Systems (Israel), NASSCOM (the apex body for the $245 billion technology industry in India), UT Starcom (China), and Takeda Pharma (Japan). Handled Nagaki Global City financials (Project value INR 5600 Cr) as Finance expert for Nagaland state.

He has led the Finance function over a decade and developed MIS systems for various functions. As head of Finance, he also oversighted Financial Reporting, Tax Optimization, Merger & acquisition, Due diligence, Treasury, Secretarial, and accounting of Company, Liason and Branch office.
